La Salle Russell:  

Life MIA Workplace SFC Russell was born on July 1964 in Jackson, Mississippi and he is a honors graduated from Upper Iowa University with Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Administration in 2004. Later 2005, La Salle became a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated . He obtained a Master’s degree in Procurement and Acquisition from Webster University 2009. SFC Russell began his military career as a canon crewman in Alpha Battery 4th Battalion 4th Artillery, Fort Sill, Oklahoma; the Home of Artillery. He continued his artillery skills in Bravo Battery 1st Battalion 8th Artillery, Schofield Barracks and Hawaii. Subsequently, he performed duties as Gunner, and Section Chief and earned Artillery Skill Badge during certifications. SFC Russell reenlisted in 1988 for Unit Supply and later attended Advance Individual Training in 1989 and eight months later completed Basic Non-Commission Officer Course at Fort Lee, Virginia in 1990.
